Stryker Medical Equipment

Stryker, a medical device organization, has an opportunity  to work as a Sales Consultant in the Midwest (most likely in the Mpls/St Paul area).  They are developing a Sales Associate program and would value the opportunity to speak with qualified candidates

This particular unit sells orthopedic implants related to Joint replacement, Trauma and Sports.

Compensation starts at $45K with full benefits.

They are looking for Sales Associates who possess these skills:

• Great relationship-builder
• Servant’s heart
• Great communicator (some of this can be developed/some cannot)
  • probing open-ended questions
  • listening
  • clear/concise responses
• Problem-solver/Strategic-thinker
• Persistent;
  • Finds creative solutions to get past a “no”
  • This is a very difficult yet ultimately very rewarding field if you are willing to pay the price and take a long-term view.
• Sees occupation as a “lifestyle” and not a “job”.
  • We put work in its proper place, but in no manner, shape or form is this a “9-5”
